2.Color
Spraying the base color on the detail, in the case of some plastics we can skip this stage (plastics dyed in mass). With plastics, we use the ionization process.
3.Imprint
Transfer of the pattern from the fILm. On the surface of the tank, which is filled with water, PVA films with the appropriate print are decomposed. Then the film is sprayed with an activator that turns the film into a kind of gel drifting on the surface of the water. The print is transferred to the detail by immersion.

At the very end, the details are covered with clearcoat to protect the printing surface. We can choose from glossy, semi-matt, matte, satin and soft touch varnishes. With some plastic elements, we can skip the painting stage.

3D water transfer printing technology - hydrographic technology
Transfer water printing, also called hydrographics, 3d printing, aqua-printing is the only method of simultaneous application of the pattern in three different planes.
This technology originates from Japan, where it was invented at the turn of the 70s and 80s of the twentieth century. This method is used to decorate various objects in such industries as: automotive industry, electrical and electronics industry, advertising industry, production of sports equipment, , electronics and household appliances, aviation and shipbuilding, furniture industry and many others that cannot be mentioned. The TDW technique can be used to decorate objects made of metal, glass, plastics, ceramics, wood, rubber, both on flat and spherical surfaces, with simple and complex shapes. . It is characterized by quite high durability and an almost infinite number of ready-made designs. In addition, it is possible to generate your own unique patterns. Currently, there are several companies producing printed films on the world market (99% in Asia), which are able to produce thousands of types of designs and patterns , following fashion trends and the needs of designers.
To perform work related to hydrography, we need the right equipment and the necessary knowledge. Hydrographic devices, depending on the scale of production or services performed, differ radically from each other, although their principle of operation is very similar. Generally, we need a minimum of two devices, i.e. a water tank and a washing device. The state of technological advancement of these devices begins with simple, manually operated machines for small craftsmen to technologically advanced microprocessor-controlled devices with automatic functions and robotics.
The printing process itself consists in the fact that in the tank, which is filled with water, PVA films with appropriate printing are spread on its surface (e.g. wood pattern, carbon, camouflage, granite, marble, and thousands of other unique patterns). Then the film is sprayed with an activator that turns the film into a kind of gel that drifts on the surface of the water. The object that we want to print is immersed in the tank and through the natural buoyancy of water it is covered with an appropriate pattern. Next, the item goes to the wash machine where excess foil is removed. At the end, after drying and quality checking, a layer of protective varnish is applied by spraying varnish. WTP is characterized by high durability and perfect aesthetics, it can be used both for objects used outside and inside. The possibilities of using the system are endless and depend only on the invention and creativity of the potential customer and our tips.
